Do you provide alterations?

Yes, we provide professional alteration services to ensure that your wedding dress fits perfectly. Our experienced seamstress will work closely with you to make any necessary adjustments.

Do you charge for appointments?

We charge a service fee of $15 if dresses are tried on and no item is purchased. There is no service fee for additional fittings but alterations are charged per project.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for exchanges or store credit within 14 days of purchase, provided the dress is unworn and in its original condition. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice.

How long is an appointment and how many guests can I bring?

60-90 minutes includes an initial consultation, sizing and dress selection to try on. There is ample room in our suite for a large party of guests, so whether you prefer an intimate experience or a celebration with friends, we have options!

Choose to upgrade an appointment to a party for $35. We will offer drinks and refreshments of your choice!
